1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any service offered on aaajj (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). These Terms govern the entire relationship between you and aaajj and form a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

These Terms apply to all products and services available on aaajj, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting (including NBA betting and volleyball betting), poker, Tongits, JILI Slots, and any future services that may be added to the Platform. 2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on aaajj. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of any balances held in those accounts, along with immediate suspension.

• Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or interruptions beyond aaajj's direct control.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform.
• The accuracy, completeness, or suitability of third-party content linked from or embedded within the Platform.

In all cases, aaajj's total liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time:

• By you: Submit a written account closure request to our support team. Any verified real-money balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you after any applicable pending wagering requirements are resolved, subject to identity verification.
• By aaajj: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse bonuses, use prohibited software, or fail KYC verification requirements. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. aaajj operates under a valid licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and aaajj. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
